Phew, it was looking dim in blog world. I was worried it was going to result in violence over who could get the template up first ;)
I LOVE IT!! And, I agree with Kerry - It is COMPLETELY you! Cute, great design feel to it, but not overly organized . . . LOL! (I mean that in the most complimentary way, my sista!!)

P.S. About the card for your neighbor, maybe you and the girls can "heart" his yard. Maybe with pancakes and a note that says, "Thanks for saving us from becoming pancakes."
